SeaWeeble Adventures will once again be a part of my life beginning this summer.

Life Changed and So Did I
If you followed this blog, you noticed that nothing much happened. Well actually a LOT happened but I didn't write about it.
I sold the Aluminum Canoe. I sold the kayak kit. I moved to Lower Alabama. A moved to Middle Tennessee. I'm getting ready to move to East Tennessee.
The only Sea in SeaWeeble is the memories when I lived in Lower Alabama of going to Dauphin Island with my dog, now deceased from Cancer. My back up dog got taken away from me and given to a Rescue group in Fairhope, AL, when I moved there. I was told she got adopted by a family who moved to PA.
Yes, I still mourn her. I probably always will to a degree [to a lesser degree after this summer, see below]. My dogs who died are mourned and buried. My back up dog, I don't know. Is she alive? I can't get anyone to tell me. So I grieve.
But things WILL change this year. I am going to be hiking a long distance on the Appalachian Trail with the intent of taking an item related to her with me to Mt Katahdin, Maine, and leaving it there. [It will be organic, not something that would appear 'out of place.']
My Dad died in July of this year. I plan to take an item that represents him with me on my hike and leave it on Mt Katahdin, too.
After all, HE is the reason I'm hiking ... the day before he died he told me to hike the Trail.

Further posts will be there until Kayaking returns as my Number One Sport of Choice.
